Elan Services and Raj Associate, announced the audition dates for the first edition of Fashion Diva Guwahati today which will be held on 4th of November 2015. Through these auditions, the organizers and the panel of judges will select potential candidates who will vie for the coveted title of Fashion Diva Guwahati 2015.
Pari Saikia, Project Manager of Fashion Diva Guwahati 2015, said, “So far, online registrations for the beauty pageant have been going since the month of October. The team of Fashion Diva will conduct the auditions on 4th November 2015 at Hotel ‘D’ Courtyard where willing participants who have not registered yet can walk in and register themselves for the auditions the same day itself.”
Highlighting the details of the beauty pageant, Pari Saikia, Project Manager of Fashion Diva Guwahati 2015, said, “The beauty pageant will feature the most beautiful young women from across the northeast region. During the beauty pageant the participants will be trained by fitness experts and grooming mentors so that they can get an uphold of the competition. The competition will be divided in three categories to decide the first ever Fashion Diva Guwahati which is going to be announced on the grand finale i.e. 15 November 2015. The winner is not only entitled for cash prize but will also win the chance to walk different runway projects, print assignments, media promotions and gift hampers. Sub-titles will also be given to the deserving participants.”
Fashion Diva Guwahati is inspired by Elan Services and Raj Associate. Ritu Raj Saikia, director of Raj Associate, said, “Elan services and Raj associate had been working in the service and hospitality industry for years. But now we have joined hands earlier this year to bring a new venture together known as Elan services & Raj associate which will deal with event and artist management programmes. Fashion Diva Guwahati 2015 is the first of its kind beauty pageant which is an initiative by Elan Services & Raj Associate”.
Designer Parineta Borah, co-founder of Jappi, who will embrace the occasion with her designs for the evening on the grand finale 15th November 2015, said, “I am very thankful to Fashion Diva Guwahati 2015 as I got the opportunity to showcase my designs in the final round of Fashion Diva Guwahati 2015 where the 15 finalists will walk the ramp of Fashion Diva Guwahati 2015.”
“The designs will be western wear but keeping in mind it would be the last round it will be the evening gown round. The designs will also have shimmers which will add glamour in the outfit presentations, sums up Parineta Borah.”
